This Refund Policy applies to all Crynet Solutions software products, including but not limited to Crynet Showcase and any future Crynet products you license from us.
PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS REFUND POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THE PURCHASE.
You may request a refund for any Crynet Solutions product if all of the following conditions are met:

To submit a refund request, please email support@crynetsolutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please include the following information so we can locate your purchase quickly:
Response timeframe: we aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once approved, your associated license key will be deactivated and may no longer be used to activate the product.
Lifetime and Pro Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 14-day refund window as annual subscriptions. After the refund window passes, lifetime licenses are non-refundable but remain valid for the lifetime of the product.
Where Crynet Solutions provides a free trial or free version of any product, no refund is applicable as no purchase has been made. If you choose to upgrade from a free version to a paid license, that purchase is then governed by the terms above.
