Our refund terms for Crynet Solutions products. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so every license is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

This Refund Policy applies to all Crynet Solutions software products, including but not limited to Crynet Showcase and any future Crynet products you license from us.

PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS REFUND POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, DO NOT CONTINUE WITH THE PURCHASE.

Section 1: Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund for any Crynet Solutions product if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your request is made within 14 calendar days from the date of original purchase.
  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction or technical issues.
  • You have not breached the License Agreement or engaged in fraudulent use.

Section 2: Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period.
  • You changed your mind about using the product after extended use.
  • Purchases made during discounted promotions or bundles, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Refusal to cooperate with support requests for resolving a reported issue.
  • License keys that have already been transferred or shared with third parties.

Section 3: How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email support@crynetsolutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please include the following information so we can locate your purchase quickly:

  • Full name and email address used at the time of purchase
  • Date of purchase and order reference (if available)
  • Reason for your refund request

Response timeframe: we aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Section 4: Approved Refunds

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once approved, your associated license key will be deactivated and may no longer be used to activate the product.

Section 5: Lifetime & Pro Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime and Pro Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 14-day refund window as annual subscriptions. After the refund window passes, lifetime licenses are non-refundable but remain valid for the lifetime of the product.

Section 6: Free Trials & Free Versions

Where Crynet Solutions provides a free trial or free version of any product, no refund is applicable as no purchase has been made. If you choose to upgrade from a free version to a paid license, that purchase is then governed by the terms above.
